Whenever Sammy wears this outfit, Daddy smiles.  It's his absolute favorite on Sammy.  I have to agree, she's pretty cute in it!

Olivia has discovered one of the secrets to womanhood:  shoes.  Since she paid attention to her big sister putting on shoes, she has become one with the shoes.  She must have them on.  Or off.  Just depends on her mood.
