Sammy told me that Daddy showed her how to do this. It's quick and don't blink. Knowing Daddy the way I do, this sure looks like something he'd show her.

He got that dance move from Billy Carrington. It was in his and Shania Twain's song....you should google it. He stands up on a table I think and shakes him bum-just like tippy.
